01 - General Terms•Prices are subject to change based on demand.•I have the right to reject any order for any reason.•Make sure you upload references of the character(s) and if needed, references of composition, background, vibe, etc. to make the process faster.02 - Payment• Payment: 100% upfront.• Refunds: No refunds, unless I'm unable to start or finish the commission.• Payments must go through the official Artistree invoice. If sent via another platform (e.g. Ko-fi) by mistake, the client covers the fee difference to meet the full commission price.• Commission invoices must be paid within 7 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the commission will be cancelled.• Rush Fee: A rush fee (50% of total) applies when you need your commission completed faster than my standard turnaround. The rush window depends on the complexity of the piece (completion within 3 - 7 days)• Commercial Licensing:
Standard Commercial (Streamers/Small Creators): +100% of the base price (x2).Studio/Corporate Commercial: Rates typically range between 3x–7x the base price, depending on scope, usage, and complexity.^{[Commercial use includes monetized streams, branding, merchandise, and promotional materials.]}03 - Process & Delivery•The commission will take 1 - 4 weeks or more to complete depending on the queue and the complexity of the request.•Please note that a lack of communication will result in your position on the waiting list being pushed back.•Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution png of the artwork.04 - Revisions•You get 4 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece.•Major revisions, such as pose or composition changes, can be requested during the sketch phase.•No major changes will be made after the rendering process starts.05 - Copyright & Usage•I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork.•I may showcase the artwork on my portfolio or social media.•You can share the commission on any platform if it's properly credited.•You may not profit from personal commissions. This includes but is not limited to reselling, making prints, using it to promote your brand, etc.•You may not use my art for NFTs or AI training• Commercial rights must be purchased for any use intended to generate revenue.
